SPECIAL SOFTWARE (SSW)

PURPOSE

The SPECIAL SOFTWARE (SSW) is designed to render automatic the operation of controls related to processing of the situation data and control of the processes intended to identify and implement situations. SSW includes software to provide situations management, which is put into effect by solving the main tasks: identifying of situations; presentation of conditions in the areas where situations occur; management of miscellaneous forces and means in implementation of situations; input and systematization of the situations implementation results.

Tasks to be solved No.1

Acquisition and processing of the target situation data using the electronic map search function and the panel (registers) system: collection of information from departmental and various types of technical means; formation of information objects; detection, registration and display of events.

Event-based process management using the process diagram: primary event processing (confirmation or reset); management of processes (stages), including creation, completion, spatial boundaries; distribution of events by processes (stages); input of the outcome of actions.

1. Collection and distribution of events according to the lines of action and processes (stages)

2. Process management: creation, closing, introduction and completion of stages

3. Completion of processes, selection of processes by time

OUTCOME OF THE ACTIVITIES component

1. Automatic selection of performance results based on the classification of events (events, incidents and others)

2. Decision making regarding the outcome of the situation implementation, input of the established peculiarities of the situation implementation

3. Input of data on the identified objects of implementation, formation and systematization of the results of the situations implementation

Tasks to be solved No.3

Management of forces and means using the control diagram: introduction of forces and means into the situation; input of the state and location; task management, performance supervision; withdrawal of forces and means out of the situation.

Operation diagram with regard to information: solving problems in the course of routine activities; management in case of occurrence and implementation of the situation; analytical processing of events and results of implementation.

The backbone of the functional contour is a special software for managing situations that allows the unification of the departmental representation of conditions in case of identification and implementation of the situations; support for continuous management of the processes (forces and means) of the situations implementation; accumulation and systematization of the base of results of the situations implementation.
