"ARSENAL" MOBILE MAINTENANCE COMPLEX

PURPOSE

Technical support vehicle is designed to perform maintenance and routine repairs of various technical facilities through an aggregate method in the area of responsibility of the customer’s operating service (division) in field and stationing site (including hard-to-reach and all-weather) conditions.

COMPOSITION

carrier vehicle – KamAZ-4326 motor vehicle with a 4x4 wheel arrangement

van-type body, mounted on the chassis of the KamAZ-4326, on the basis of NefAZ-43111-10-11 special bus

“ZIP-0” spares and tool kit;

sets of diagnostic and repair equipment;

workplaces to perform installation and locksmith operations related to maintenance and repair of technical means of border protection;

automated workstation (AWS) for automated processing of the results of technical condition evaluation, maintenance and routine repairs of technical means of border protection;

software package;

work-related furniture to store tools, measuring instruments, SPTA and protective clothing;

loudspeaker to maintain communication between the drive’s cabin and the van body;

life sustenance means;

power supply system.

Application

All types of technical diagnostics and repairs shall comply with the requirements of the operational documentation for the relevant equipment.

The power-supply system of the article provides power supply of technical facilities as follows:

stand-alone power generator provides round-the-clock operation (except for the time required for maintenance and POL filling) when applied;
AC industrial network provides 220 V at 50 Hz round the clock.

The van body ensures dust and moisture protection of the interior and is equipped with a life sustenance system that provides comfortable working (recreation) conditions for the crew. Workstations can be arranged beneath the supplementary awning.

The mobile maintenance complex can be deployed within 30 minutes.
